Our 5th annual Christmas Carol celebration was held on December 13 at 4pm in the Temple du Change (Eglise Reformee) which is found in Old Lyon (Vieux Lyon) on the Place du Change - Lyon 5ème.Once again we sang together for an hour-long celebration which was packed full of the traditional English Christmas Carols that so many of you grew up with or that you have grown to associate with Christmas from the time that you have spent in English speaking countries. We also listened to a short talk about the real reason we celebrate Christmas given by our pastor, the Reverend Mike DiGena.
We closed our time with some refreshments which were offered after the celebration.
If you didn't get a chance to join us this year, please consider coming next year to our sixth annual Christmas Carol celebration! It will be held on either the first or second Sunday afternoon of December 2010! Everyone will be welcome.
